Hello Splashers Families,

For those that could make it down to the park, it was great seeing you all! We have been hard at work preparing for an epic season, and some take longer than others. Thanks for your patience!

I’m sending this message on behalf of myself and the Presidents to keep you informed of the process since it is a bit different this season due to our team cap being lowered from 190 to 175 for the safety of our athletes and coaching staff.

Per LHCA guidelines, we open first to the LHCA members for a week (until Wednesday). If you are a member of LHCA and did not receive the email, please contact them (https://lakehillsca.org/contact-us/), as they manage that list.

Our next phase is to provide returning Splashers families an opportunity to register for the team. If you received this email, that includes you, but if you've already registered, we'll see you at the pool!

The "Register Now!" button will display on our website Wednesday (by 9am), but you will be required to log in, so only returning families will be able to access the form for 1 week.

DON’T DELAY if you don’t want an upset athlete! We have a cap of 24 girls and 24 boys per age group for 8 and younger, and 175 total team cap.

We have a waiting list link that will display when an age group or total team cap has been reached. Lakeway could not form a team this season, so they are finding teams to join. We welcome anyone wanting to swim, but want to give our returning members priority.

A few other points to mention:

• Time Limit: Once you get past the first page, you’ll have 30 minutes to complete your registration before your spot is released. Be ready with card in hand (the only payment option)
• Sibling Discount: This $40 discount only applies if you register all athletes at one time (no exceptions, sorry). If you are not sure if your young athlete is ready, it's better to register all athletes due to team cap and get a refund if Coach Alison determines they are not ready.
• Login First: Previous season contact info will auto-populate to save time. (Use the “Forgot your password?” link, if needed. You can do that now to be ready to go.)
• Email Change? Emails are unique ids in the system and need to be updated by the website admin at this time. Send your updated email to [email protected] so I can update it prior to registering, or log in using the existing email to register and notify me after to update.
